Refund Eligibility & Reimbursement
Requests for refund are accepted up to 7 days from date of purchase. To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. A refund is provided as a credit toward a future purchase.

Refund Processing
To begin the refund process, please email with "Refund Request" in the subject line, explaining the reason for the refund request, and include a photo of the item and proof of purchase from Pretty Girl Jewels. If there was damage or defect to the item when you received it, photograph the affected area. We will reply with instructions for returning the item.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item, as well as whether your refund is approved or rejected.

We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item due to shipping issues. We do not reimburse for trackable shipping or shipping insurance.

 Refund Approval
If your refund is approved, the email will include a code to use toward a future purchase from Pretty Girl Jewels. The refund amount will include the full cost of the item plus applicable taxes, as well as your cost to ship* the original item to Pretty Girl Jewels, only if the item was returned due to defect or damage before you received it.

If, when applying your credit to a future order, your new item is shipped alone, we will incur the cost of shipping. If the new item is combined with other items, you will pay the standard shipping rate for your order.

If an approved refund was requested for any reason other than a defective product, you will be responsible for shipping the return shipping to Pretty Girl Jewels and when applying your credit to a future order.

Refund Rejection
If your refund is rejected, you will be responsible for shipping costs for Pretty Girl Jewels to mail the item back to you. Reasons for rejection include, but are not limited to:
• damage from wear-and-tear due to usage
• damage from discoloration or stains caused by liquids
• damage from cleaning products
• damage from odor, including tobacco
